Pelican Landing at Boca Bay

Location, location, location! And beautiful accommodations inside and out. Plush and comfy bed and furniture. A + kitchen. Pool and Bay views outstanding, even ate sandwiches out by the “waters” one night-nice covered eating area. Easy walk to ocean and Publix grocery store. Owner easy to contact if needed-we didn’t need but he let us know by checking in. I’d stay again.

Michael & Jenifer’s place is awesome, nicer than the pics really! Dipping in the pool which was always clean was super, and relaxing on the dock for sunrises and sunsets is awesome!! Dolphin sightings is pretty regular in the morning and evening. Caught all kinds of fish off the dock too which was fun. Morning coffee on the dock for sunrises, evening cocktail there for sunset! Super relaxing trip. He was super quick to get back with us about any questions we had too. And his restaurant recommendations were spot on! We will definitely be back!!

This was, without a doubt, one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we booked, Michael was an incredible host. His communication was outstanding, he was proactive, responsive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready for our arrival and that we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The condo itself was absolutely spotless and beautifully maintained. It was stocked with so many thoughtful amenities that made traveling with our family so much easier. You can tell a lot of care goes into making guests feel comfortable. The location couldn’t have been better. The pool was just steps from the condo, and having the ocean right there made it the perfect place to relax. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and everyone we met in the community was so friendly and welcoming. Our family made so many wonderful memories here, and we were genuinely sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Where to begin with all the fabulous amenities. This condo has it ALL…from everything in their kitchen you could want…to the amazing plush bedding and towels! They have 4 beach chairs with beach towels in a tote and they have a cart to haul to the beach which is so thoughtful. Not to mention the pool with waterfront views and dock with lounge chairs. It probably was my most relaxing spot! We loved it more than the beach!! The beach is about 15 mins which we just rented a golf cart for. Just remember that most everywhere they require you to pay for parking. ($4 per hour) These host were very prompt and very thoughtful. The only place we were able to find a rental was Salty Rental…his name was Jim. The Floridian Cubian has outstanding sandwiches . This place is a must! Pictures are exactly what you get! Stunning!!! The couches were not as comfy…however we barely were even in the condo bc we enjoyed the pool.
